WHERE DOES classycase.com SHIP?

Classy Case offers a FREE standard shipping option in the domestic United States. We also ship internationally.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS AFTER PAYMENT?

Monday - Friday, we strive to fulfill your order within One Business Day it was placed up to 11 AM EST. However, in some rare circumstances may not be shipped till 2 business days. 
During peak times, like Black Friday for example, your order may ship up to 4 business days after it was placed.

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES CAN I GET AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

For domestic orders: We love our classy customers, so we offer FREE Standard Shipping through USPS on any order! We also offer Flat Rate Expedited options to make sure you get what you need when you need it:

- USPS Standard Shipping - FREE

- USPS Expedited - $5.95 flat rate

For international orders: We use USPS Standard International First Class Package to ship to your country. Then your order is picked up by your local carriers. We offer a flat rate of $15 on all international orders totaling under $29 at checkout and FREE for orders totaling $29 or more at checkout. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Domestic – your order typically will arrive in 3-5 days for standard shipping or 2-4 days if you chose our expedited shipping service, but this is up to the carriers discretion.
International – delivery time will vary based on location. We’ll provide you with all the information necessary for you to keep an eye on your order.

DOES classycase.com EXCLUDE ANY ADDRESSES?

Due to carrier regulations, we can only ship to P.O. Boxes using our Free Standard Service – no express shipping. We don't ship to business addresses.

HOW WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Tracking is available as soon as your order ships - typically, within the handling time of when your order is placed. We’ll provide tracking links via email or text depending on what you provided at checkout after you’ve received your order confirmation.

HOW DO I USE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?

You can view tracking via the link in the email we send you. You can also copy the link and paste it into the carrier's website.

For International customers, once the package arrives in your country the order may get a tracking number from your home countries carrier.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONLY:

Because of the variety of in-country carriers, customs policies, and international laws, it is classycase.com's policy to issue a replacement only after 20 days of your order not arriving from the order placement date. If an international customer has not received their order after those 20 days, only then will classycase.com send out the replacement. If the 20 day time period has not lapsed, no replacement will be sent until that time limit is reached. However, our Customer Support team will do all they can to help track down your order.
